The course is designed for those working in a wide range of care settings. It
introduces understanding of how confusion affects the person, focusing on how acute and chronic confusion manifests itself and how to manage it in a person centred way.- Who should attend?
Staff who work in settings where their service users are confused in their behaviour and /or show disorientation in time, place or person.

Equivalent Relevant information
1. Certificates are issued for each learners and if dated, are valid to that period. N.B Learners attending
must complete the entire duration of the training to qualify for a certificate.
