- Summary
The NMS have stated the importance on quality services and a quality workforce for providers. This training session is designed for managers to understand what is expected of them and how to implement these expectations to audit, manage and maintain (or improve) quality standards in the workplace. This training is ideal for care clients who have a number of staff who are line managers or area managers.
- Who should attend?
Staff who are in management and responsible for quality assurance.

- Understand the term quality in the organisation and it’s workforce
- Identify what is meant by a standard and how they can be set and maintained

- This training is not limited in numbers.
Equivalent Relevant information
1.Staff must attend the entire duration of the session to obtain a certificate.
2. Attending staff should not be on duty.
3. A learner assignment will be required.
